Job Description:
As a Visa Appointment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients successfully secure visa appointments and receive assistance with all related processes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Visa Appointment Scheduling:
* Securing visa appointments for clients at embassies, consulates, or visa application centers.
* Monitoring appointment availability and managing booking systems efficiently.
2. Client Support:
* Assisting clients with visa application forms, document preparation, and requirements.
* Providing clear and accurate information in Spanish, French, and English.
3. Communication:
* Liaising with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers on behalf of clients.
* Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person in a professional and timely manner.
4. Administrative Tasks:
* Maintaining accurate records of client applications and appointments.
* Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with visa requirements.
5. Problem-Solving:
* Addressing and resolving any issues related to visa appointments or applications.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Languages: Fluency in Spanish, French, and English is mandatory.
* Experience: Previous experience in visa processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
* Skills:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
